This is such a feel good story that warms the heart!
Moms, like kids, need to sleep to function and be alert-but most times baby has a different sleeping schedule than you.
A popular sleep-training method is being considered the solution, with no tears from your baby, to a good night’s rest for both mommy and baby!
This method was discovered by author and parent educator, Elizabeth Pantley who shared her discovery in the book The No-Cry Sleep Solution: Gentle Ways to Help Your Baby Sleep Through the Night.
Pantley reveals a set of techniques to change a baby’s sleep habits without a sobfest. “I don’t think a single parent would choose to let their baby cry if there was a way to get them to sleep without crying,” Pantley declares.
So what’s wrong with a few boo-hoos? Biologically, it doesn’t sit well with many moms. “We’re wired not to accept it when our baby cries,” says Pantley, who lives with her family in Kirkland, Wash. “Your heart races. You want to rush to your child and comfort him and make him stop. Telling parents to ignore that instinct goes against everything.” Neither, says Pantley, is the crying jag a great experience for baby, who is learning whether he can count on a response to his needs.
Some new moms like Angelina Jolie and Rebecca Romijn credit nursing as the reason that they were able to reclaim their figures.
Researches have long since suspected that breast feeing, which burns an extra 500 calories a day, is the reason that women are able to lose their baby fat so quickly. Other researchers disagree, they say that although you are burning more calories, you’re eating more as well.

The family called 9-1-1 and a near-by mountie responded within minutes.
When the officer arrived, the cougar had Angel under the porch with its teeth around the dog’s neck. The Mountie killed the cougar after firing several shots.
The dog was injured, but is expected to recover. Austin wasn’t hurt.
