Are you enjoying the never-ending chills and spills of winter? More importantly, how’s your dog coping?
Unlike people (well, most people…okay…my uncle), dogs tend to have a thick built-in coat of fur that allows them to bare the icy cold brunt of old man winter’s tantrums. However, not everything is equal in the animal kingdom. You may not realize it, but your little four-legged pal may not be as well endowed as that bear of a dog next door.
So the next time you’re walking your pet and they’re shaking, keep in mind that it may not be from excitement! And to show you that dog fashion can be stylish, as well as functional I thought I’d get a model to demonstrate!
This is Zoey, an adorable three year old Miniature Shnauzer. As you can see she looks good in a her flattering pink sweater:
Here she is demonstrating her wind-breaker, complete with hoodie. Also notice the cute booties once again. These are functional as they prevent street salt from getting between a dog’s paws (which burns something awful):
