Stella McCartney is my absolute favorite designer! Her collection is always fashionable while still staying classic. Her line for adidas makes me want to workout and is chic enough to wear outside of the gym and now McCartney impresses again with her ‘09 Holiday Collection for BabyGap and GapKids.
For these lines McCartney mixes her fashion experience with the memory of being a kid. Girly looks inspired by playing dress up and fun and functionality as the basis to the boy looks are what ever kid needs!
This collection will be available in select stores starting November 4- just in time for holiday shopping.
These looks are so adorable that I may just try and squeeze into a couple.
The creative director behind the luxury brand Hermes and his own namesake collection is now designing for Target.

Inspired by the values of man and nature, of authenticity and uniqueness, Marlboro Classics was established in the mid 1980s as a men’s clothing line, extended in the 1990s to a range of footwear and a line for women. Once inspired by the wild west, Marlboro Classics has evolved over time into a lifestyle brand for men and women who want to create their own look. In this video WatchMojo.com sit down with Paolo Vazzoler to learn about the past, present and future of this brand.
Gossip Girl is back on air-finally! One of my favorite things about the show is the outfits the girls wear. Although Serena and Blair wear designer labels that are more expensive than most of us can afford, their looks can be recreated easily.
Serena van der Woosen’s style is said to be inspired by Kate Moss. That means “she mixes lots of fashion-forward and vintage pieces together for a look that is “boho chic” with a rocker-chick edge.” Being from the tpper east side she still always looks sophisticated and chic.
Serena’s wardrobe essentials consist of:
- Well-cut Jackets
- Skinny Jeans
- Dresses
- Boots
- Layered Necklaces
- Bangles
Blair Waldorf’s style “is very classic, preppy, and polished” This Queen Bee is always perfectly put together and always looks like she’s stepped out of a fashion magazine and accurately represents the stereotype for the upper east side.
Blair’s wardrobe essentials consist of:
- Dresses & Skirts
- Tailored, Classic Pieces
- Pops of Color
- Girly Details
- Dressed-Up Loungewear
- Headbands
- Tights

Inspired by cozy cabin mornings and hot chocolate romance Old Navy’s 2009 holiday collection will have you looking forward to the cold weather. Available in stores as of October through December, this collection is just in time for your holiday shopping.
“Bright, cozy and stylish, just like the holidays should be” is how Old Navy’s spokesperson Jeffrey Spivock describes the latest collection.
A grey winter day will brighten up with the jewel tones and sequins that accentuate the holiday collection. Many of the items have a touch of glitter perfect for this festive time of year.
Like everything at Old Navy, this collection is so affordable and easy to layer. Cozy moccasin slippers, pretty ballerina flats or fancy high heels are an easy way to complete the look you want.
“These are the perfect prices to try something new.” says Spivock If you’re feeling apprehensive about the bright colors start with a “winter white” and you’ll soon be in love.
Old Navy should also be your first stop for your last minute shopping! You’ll find stocking stuffers, great gifts and even something for yourself.
