Cellulite doesn’t discriminate. If you’re tall, slim, small, round you most likely have cellulite somewhere on your butt or thighs.
Cellulite is that dimpled, orange peel, cottage cheese look that just isn’t flattering.

The causes are poorly understood, but there are some things you can do to fight cellulite.

Fight the lumps and bumps with these exercises. Experts recommend daily cardio exercise combined with two to three strength-training sessions a week.

Along with exercise, experts recommend a healthy diet. This means avoiding any fatty/starchy foods, as well as anything that can cause you to be dehydrated. Drink lots of water! Water will flush your body of its toxins.

Coffee has been said to both cause and rid cellulite. Learn more to make sure you’re using caffeine to its full potential.

Beware of the quick fix. If it sounds too good to be true- it probably is.

Remember this:  there are no hangover cures.  What works for me may not work for you.  However, there are some things you can do that will at least lower your chances of being useless the day after your office party.  Here are a few tips:

Before the party:
- Eat something, preferably a carb-heavy meal, to slow the effects of alcohol.
- Stay hydrated throughout the day.

At the party:
- Make your first drink a non-alcoholic one.
- Eat every three hours.
- Avoid foods that will dehydrate you more (this means salty and sugary).
- White wine, vodka, and gin are easier on the liver than darker drinks such as red wine, beer and sugary drinks.
- For every alcoholic drink you have, down a glass of water too.
- Flush out your liver before you go to bed by eating carb-rich or protein-rich foods (maybe a turkey sandwich or peanut butter on toast).
- As much as you want it, don’t give in to your salty, fast-food cravings (such as a late-night Big Mac). It’s hard on your digestive track.
- Drinking alcohol makes you lose vitamins B and C, so stock up before hitting the hay. Eat bananas, whole grains, oranges or even take a multi-vitamin.
- The best snack would be a piece of whole grain toast topped with peanut butter and banana slices. Down it with a big glass of water.

The next morning:
- If you still wake up feeling like you were run over by a bus, don’t skip breakfast.
- Flush the alcohol from your system by eating foods like eggs, fruit, lemon and honey.
- Contrary to popular belief, coffee doesn’t sober you up. But it may help with your hangover headache.

Morning, afternoon, evening or all of the above. If you are like me you love and can’t do with out your coffee!

I like the taste, I like the choices and there’s no better atmosphere than that of a coffee shop. The only problem is the bad reputation that coffee has developed with health critiques.

Well, now there’s an article that gives you the facts so you can defend the drink you can’t do without.

Maybe you can tolerate six cups of coffee a day, your neighbour 14 and someone else down the street can handle one, at the most. Coffee culture, as we know it, may be embraced, but is also beginning to become an increasing danger to consumers.

Jasmine Willis was sent to the hospital for overdosing on coffee - seven cups within a day, to be precise.

“In Italy seven double espressos might be considered tame. Robbie Williams would probably class it as such, he reportedly has a 36-a-day habit.

But for 17-year-old Jasmine Willis those seven cups of strong coffee were enough to make her overdose. She says she was drenched, burning up, hyperventilating and laughing and crying at the same time in front of the customers.

So with the British increasingly embracing the coffee culture, how much is too much?”
