When Cantinero broke through a couple years back, it was easy to be staggered by the subtle genius of what he was doing. Simple melodys laden with nuanced lyrics, delivered with a sly semi-European accent that makes you question your own integrity. News of a new Cantinero record to come is certainly good news, to be titled “Better For The Metaphor” and this will only serve to whet the appetite:
