What’s up?
A lot, I’m finishing up my album and pushing my new single “RAINCHECK” feat.LIL KIM
What does the name Mu Dills mean to you? Where’d it come from?
Well Mu comes from my street name and then I just put the Dills to it, which means,(Delivering-Inspiration on Living Life Successfully),so you know, just being an artist I got to constantly create.
When did Mu Dills get his start as a hip hop artist?
I got my start around 4 or 5 years ago. We put out my first mix cd around that time which was titled “GRIND CITY”.
Whether it’s your track or someone else’s, what’s more important lyrical content or the beats or do both need to be on point?
I think both need to be on point, everything has go together like a perfect marriage.
How’d you get hooked up with Lil Kim for Raincheck?
Well the CEO of Monee Green Entertainment (Keeb Green) hooked up with Shakim and Un from Flava Unit and then we took it from there.
So, we all know that you have been putting out your mixtapes, but are there any plans for an upcoming full length album?
Yeah I’m currently working on my album now and the due date is August 18th 2009,its called “THE BIRTH OF A STAR”.
Where do you want to be a few years from now? What direction do you want your music to go? What direction do you want the rap game to go?
Well a few years from now I would like to be one of the number one artist out at that time. I want my music to go in the direction of a triple platinum artist. I want the rap game to always elevate and always stay fresh and new.
Anything you want to tell your fans or future fans that we haven’t discussed so they know what they can expect from Mu Dills?

“Old School,” HEDLEY’s 1st single from NEVER TOO LATE impacts at US POP & HOT AC radio 3/30. “Old School” has over 1 million views on YouTube, not of a music video, but simply scrolling lyrics to the song fast becoming the American prom and graduation soundtrack for 2009: youtube.com/watch?v=UYx8dPFR588.
“Know Your Enemy,” the first single from Green Day’s upcoming eighth studio album, 21st Century Breakdown, is available now. After teasing fans with a snippet of the track, the full version has finally hit iTunes for the world to hear.
21st Century Breakdown, which will be released by Reprise Records worldwide on May 15th, is the best-selling trio’s first studio album since 2004’s two-time Grammy Award-winning punk-rock opera American Idiot, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard chart, spawned five hit singles, and went on to sell more than 12 million copies worldwide. In a recent feature, Rolling Stone called 21st Century Breakdown “even more ambitious than American Idiot” and “a record of die-hard punk ideals…tightly scripted, continually ascending classic-rock excitement.”
