But does it matter? That’s for you to decide, I’m just here to guide you… This Invention Matters are a young band out of Montreal full of energy and inspiration and seem to have something going. The vocals and harmonies are fantastic and the songs definitely show promise. The song “Bridge Next To Your House” could sit alongside a multitude of popular indie rock contemporaries, immediate comparisons that come to mind include Matt Pond PA and Rogue Wave.
