from SlashGamer:
Another trailer for the Terminator: Salvation video game has been released. The clip is showing off various actions scenes from the game, while playing the theme from to the films. Some footage from the video we have already seen, while other stuff is new.
Overall, I don’t think the game is going to be a five-star title, however, I do believe it’s looking better than most video games based off a movie. The studio behind the game is GRIN, which are a pretty talented group of guys. They are the team who developed the new Wanted: Weapons of Fate and Bionic Commando.
One thing is for sure, anytime you play the classic Terminator theme to anything, it makes it look a hell-of-a-lot better than it actually is.

Sierra had their shot to make something out of the Jason Bourne movies. Now Electronic Arts is getting their chance at turning the series into as big a hit with gamers as it is with moviegoers.
Eurogamer brings word that Electronic Arts has acquired the game rights to not just the Bourne series, but the entire works of Robert Ludlum. Swedish developer Starbreeze, who have previously brought us excellent shooters like Chronicles of Riddick, will now get a crack at developing a successful Bourne adaptation.
Starbreeze should probably do fine with the Bourne books. And if we’re really lucky, they’ll look into making a few other games based on Robert Ludlum books. We’ve heard, for instance, that the Parsifal Mosaic is pretty darn good. Do you have any favorites from Robert Ludlum?
From Gametab.com:
Nintendo has dropped a bob-omb of release dates for 2009 (via Videogamer). While mostly vague launch windows — some of which will still likely be missed — New Play Control! Pikmin and Mario Tennis will hit Europe February 6 and March 3, respectively, with the US getting both sometime in March. Other notable titles include Pokemon Platinum (March 22 for US, sometime 2009 for Europe) and Punch-Out!! (first half of 2009 for both regions).
Additionally, the Big N said Europeans will be able to welcome the DSi into their homes sometime this spring or summer — not exactly the most narrow window there, and nothing we haven’t already heard since president Satoru Iwata said the portable would be launching worldwide by summer 2009. Check out the the full list for Europe and US after the break.
Note: titles without release dates are already available in the respective region.
