I do not catch much TV, let alone much Dr. Phil…
But tonight, I saw Dr. Phil’s Love Smart (yes, that’s my Valentine plans), where he both a) tries to set up Paul Adbul on two simultaneous blind dates AND b) tries to get an admitted “player” to change his ways…
Now one would think that the segment with Paula would be the more entertaining one, but oh no!
In the player one, he manages to totally set up some Californian pretty boy into admitting - on camera mind you - that he is playing numerous girls, dates dumb girls, etc., then once the venerable Doc gathers all of the girls together and brings the player into the mix, Dr. Phil has the audacity to ask the player if he is conning him once the player gets defensive.
So let me get this straight: Dr. Phil cons someone into acting like a jackass for ratings and yet, he pretends that he is being conned?
Wow, can you say Dr. Phil for President in 2012?
