Today, I came across a recipe that gives the traditional “good for your heart” cereal a new spin.

I have to admit that they look tempting and I may just have to make some of my own. With 1663 calories per bowl, 78% that come from fat, I would treat this as a dessert and not as a breakast. I don’t think that anything using this much butter can be considered a breakfast of champions, but it could be a great snack!

A recipe for fried cheerios is simple enough that everyone should be able to make and enjoy them…unless, of course, you have a a history of bad cholesterol.
