Apple Records, the label started by the fab 4 Beatles has filed a lawsuit against Apple Computers, the makers of the ever-popular iPod.

Supposedly, Apple Reconds had an agreement with Apple computers. It stated that Apple Computers could use the Apple name, as long as they never made anything music related. If this agreement did exist, then the iPod clearly breaks that.

I will update this as more details come forward.

so, what happened to case then? did it really push through? It seems that there’s no big deal with that unless Apple (MAC) produces music and bands. :)
