Clothes Make The Man are a young band out of Toronto, Canada and have a self titled debut album under their belts. The band has been touring relentlessly around Canada and has started to generate some buzz. The band sounds like early Dave Grohl, Lou Barlow and the crunchiness of Husker Du all mixed together in equal parts. They’ve got hooks to spare but a muscular rock sound to back it all up. It all comes together with with singer Ryan Mclennan’s lyrics and songwriting and makes for a very exciting band that should not be missed if they come to your town. Their just launching on another huge tour so keep an eye out.  Below you’ll find two tracks that should give you a good idea of their sound, energetic and hooky enough to have to listen again just to catch everything:
