Despite the title, it is not a remake of the original Mega Man game, but an original title that uses elements from both Mega Man 4 and 5. It is also the only Mega Man game released for the Game Gear handheld system.

Lunar: Walking School (aka Lunar: Samposuru Gakuen)
Although I have to say there is one MAJOR problem with putting this one on the list. It was only released in Japan, and you can only find translations via emulated roms. Sorry guys I should have thought of that before I listed this.
