4. The Rolling Stones at the Altamont Speedway in Northern California in 1969. Members of the Hell’s Angels acted as security and stabbed a concertgoer to death because he had a gun. Two fans were also run over and one drowned in a ditch.

5. Pearl Jam at the Roskilde Annual Rock Festival near Copenhagenm, Denmark in 2000. Together, fans became a stampede as they rushed towards the stage when the band appeared.

7. Axl Rose of Guns n’ Roses at the Riverport Amphitheater in Maryland Heights, Missouri in 1991. Rose physically fought with a fan in the audience who had a camera. He and the band then proceeded to walk off-stage, which caused a riot to begin and spread throughout the venue.

8. James Hetfield of Metallica at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal, Canada. Hetfield got caught in the middle of a pyrotechnic placement and suffered from some burns.
