1. Consume tons of fresh fruit, vegetables and water.

2. Limit, as much as possible, your intake of red meat, saturated fats, trans fats, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

3. Consume unsaturated fats, alpha-linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids (omega-6 and omega-3) in proper quantities, and consume soy and foods containing folic acid.

4. Exercise daily.

5. Don’t smoke cigarettes or any other drug.

6. Relocate, if necessary, to a less polluted city/region/country.

7. Don’t consume alcohol – otherwise at limited frequencies and quantities.

8. Use good sun protection for your skin.

9. Be safe with sexual relations.

10. Do cancer screenings once a year.
