Jeff Buckley Bio: Life and Career of the Singer-Songwriter

Born November 17th, 1966 in Anaheim, California, Jeff Buckley began playing guitar as a child. After studying and playing in bands in Hollywood, he moved to New York. It was here that Buckley was discovered playing in cafes and he soon released his debut, "Grace." Mixing different genres, the album was slow to achieve success but Buckley's touring gave it an enormous boost. He intended to release a second album but accidentally drowned before its completion.
