After a very public divorce from Ryan Phillippe, sparks started flying between Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal. This duo started dating after they met on the set of their film, "Rendition," in 2007. Gyllenhaal and Witherspoon were spotted together everywhere from dining out to hanging courtside at NBA games. They reportedly even took a trip to Coachella together! After three years of apparent bliss, Witherspoon ended the relationship. In the aftermath of the relationship, Gyllenhaal had nothing but good things to say about his ex. The two seemed to still be friends after the split.

#6: Nicole Kidman & Lenny Kravitz

Following her very public uncoupling from Tom Cruise, it’s understandable why Nicole Kidman wanted to keep her next relationship under wraps. Initially, the Academy Award-winning actress kept the fact that she was dating her one time landlord and musician Lenny Kravitz in the early 2000s. But the truth eventually came out years later. Apparently, the two were even engaged at one point. Their once hidden relationship would eventually end and they’d find love with other partners. Thankfully, the two remain on good terms. Kidman even went on to star with her ex’s daughter Zoe Kravitz in HBO's "Big Little Lies."

#5: Miley Cyrus & Kaitlynn Carter

While it looked like the longtime couple of Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus would stay together, their relationship didn’t last. One of the most talked-about couples of the late 2010s, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson took the show biz world by storm. After Grande and the late Mac Miller ended their relationship, the singer and Davidson drew a lot of attention. From matching tattoos to a quick engagement, fans couldn't get enough of this whirlwind romance. But the tragic loss of Miller and the fast past of the relationship proved too much for the once happy couple. After the two called it off, Davidson has mentioned her in his comedy and Grande referenced her ex in her song "thank u, next".
