Disney’s never going to give you up, let you down, run around or desert you. Welcome to MsMojo, and today we’re counting down our picks for Top 3 Things You Missed in the “Ralph Breaks the Internet” Trailer 2.
For this list, we’re breaking down some details in the second official trailer for “Ralph Breaks the Internet” that you may not have caught the first - or tenth - time watching.
#3: More Disney Cameos
Ever since the first trailer was released for “Ralph Breaks the Internet” and broke everyone with the appearance of all the Disney princesses, we’ve been waiting impatiently for some more cameos by our favorite characters. Well, in one shot, we see 3 beloved properties: Tsum Tsums, those cute little squishy toys we’re sure you have at least 3 of, Baymax, the adorable healthcare companion from “Big Hero 6,” and Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear - all being adored by people decked out in Mickey ears, Sorcerer Mickey hats, and even someone dressed as Elsa. And if you look reeeeeally closely, you can also see Grumpy Cat’s taking his frustrations out on an Anna plushie.
#2: Memes
Yeah, betcha didn’t expect to get Rickrolled by Disney. “Ralph Breaks the Internet” promises to be a veritable treasure trove of references and cameos, and if you were worried that the film was going to date itself really quickly, we know at the very least some classic memes have been snuck in for good measure. You may have missed “I Have No Idea What I'm Doing” dog in the background in a scene where Ralph has taken over yet another animal-related meme: Yelling Goat. Ralph does fall prey to the 2018 flossing trend, too, and we’re sad to say he does it 100% better than we do.
#1: Aunt Cass
Based on this trailer, “Ralph Breaks the Internet” is going to head to some pretty scary places. Outside of “Slaughter Race,” where they have restaurants like Kick the Bucket, dogs being eaten by sharks, and some guy possibly grabbing a LOT of bottles of alcohol, Ralph goes searching for answers in the dark net, led by Spamley, who’s voiced by Bill Hader. Potentially more concerning than the dark net, though - which is probably the home of torrenting, porn, and Rule 34 - is the cameo by a certain character from “Big Hero 6.” Yep, that’s right, Aunt Cass is a sassy housewife. This movie is shaping up to be FULL of surprises, and we can’t wait.
