Once in a while, a kiss on the cheek is more than enough. Welcome to MsMojo.com, and today we’ll be counting down our picks for the Top 10 Infamous Celebrity Kisses. For this list, we are looking at celebrity make-out sessions that were caught on camera and forever ingrained in our subconscious.

#10: Larry King & Marlon Brando

With 25 years of content, it would take something truly unique to stand as one of the all-time highlights of Larry King Live. Reuniting the two living members of the Beatles? Okay, we guess. A one-sided debate between Al Gore and Ross Perot? Not too bad. Kissing Marlon Brando? Jackpot. After the legendary actor realized he was contractually obligated to do one promotional interview for his new book, he selected King due to his sincerity. They seemed to hit it off, as they sang a duet, talked about the film industry, and then sealed it all with a kiss.

#9: Halle Berry & Adrien Brody

Based on Halle Berry’s expression, the audience weren’t the only ones surprised. During the 75th Academy Awards, Adrien Brody did what many men in Hollywood spend their lives dreaming about: he kissed a Bond girl. On an emotional high from winning Best Actor for his stirring performance in Roman Polanski’s “The Pianist”, the actor swooped in and stole first base from the unsuspecting presenter, before slyly commenting upon starting his acceptance speech that she probably didn’t know the kiss was part of the gift bag.

#8: Miley Cyrus & Katy Perry

Top 10 Moments That Made Us Love Miley Cyrus

She kissed a girl, but did she like it? When Katy Perry went to check out Miley Cyrus' show during her Bangerz tour in 2014, she probably didn't expect to be headlining the next morning's tabloids. In the middle of a resounding performance of “Adore You”, Miley noticed Katy watching ringside before going in for a memorable smooch. In a follow-up interview, Katy Perry joked that she pulled away from Cyrus because “God knows where that tongue has been”. We hope their boyfriends didn't mind it.

#7: Adam Lambert & Tommy Joe Ratliff

Jim Carrey vs Adam Sandler

Music lovers got more than they bargained for when Adam Lambert hit the stage at the AMAs in 2009. During a sexually charged performance of ‘For Your Entertainment’, Lambert spontaneously locked lips with his bassist, Tommy Joe Ratliff. In a performance that featured male and female dancers on leashes, simulated oral sex, and enough hip thrusts to make Michael Jackson blush, this kiss proved to be the straw that broke the camel’s back – leading the Parents Television Council to urge viewers to complain to the FCC.

#6: Ryan Reynolds & Andrew Garfield

Top 20 Times Ryan Reynolds Was Awesome

Now this is a Deadpool-worthy moment. As one Ryan took home the gold, the other took over the headlines. While the “La La Land” star Ryan Gosling made his way to the podium to receive his Golden Globe for the Best Performance in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy – which Ryan Reynolds was also nominated for – cameras caught an intimate moment between Spider-Man and Deadpool. Andrew Garfield later explained that they planned to kiss if Reynolds won, but decided to give him a consolation prize by going ahead with it anyway.

#5: Madonna & Drake

Love or hate her, Madonna always turns heads. Joining forces with Drake to perform a duet of “Human Nature” at Coachella in 2015, the then-56-year-old pop legend French kissed the much younger Drizzy. The moment might have come and gone if it wasn’t followed by an expression of disgust from Drake, which Madonna didn’t seem to notice. Although sources later explained that the rapper enjoyed the kiss but not the taste of Madonna’s lipstick, it didn’t stop people from grilling the pop icon on social media.

#4: Will Ferrell & Sacha Baron Cohen

Hot kisses aren't a rarity at the MTV Movie Awards, but this is the one we remember the most fondly. Each year, MTV nominates a few of the more memorable movie smooches to allow fans to vote for their favorite. Before Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson made this category their own, Will Ferrell and Sacha Baron Cohen won for their kiss in “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby”. As they received the award, the two jokingly exchanged banter before recreating the hilarious scene – even upping the ante by rolling around on stage.

#3: Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley

Top 5 Facts About Michael B. Jordan

The King of Pop spent his entire life in the public eye, capturing the good, the bad and the ugly. Unfortunately, this moment belongs to the latter. During the 1994 VMAs, Michael stepped on stage with his new wife, Lisa Marie Presley, and shared an awkward kiss. The couple had only recently gotten married in secret, and not long after the musical icon had settled his first molestation case– prompting critics to suggest that the whole thing was a publicity stunt on MJ’s behalf. Although their kiss was meant to silence these rumors, their lack of chemistry added fuel to the fire.

#2: Angelina Jolie & James Haven

Sure, any publicity is good publicity… but maybe draw the line at incest. Before winning the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in “Girl, Interrupted”, the then-relatively unknown Angelina Jolie shocked the masses when she French kissed her brother, James Haven, while on the red carpet. This led to rumors of incest, which weren’t helped by a declaration of love during her victory speech. Some called it a publicity stunt, a family friend said it was a sign of solidarity, but most would agree – it was creepy. That said, if it hurt Angelina any, she clearly bounced back nicely.

#1: Madonna & Christina Aguilera & Britney Spears

Madonna either goes big or stays home. Expectations were sky-high when she joined Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera on stage for a performance at the VMAs, and it’s safe to assume they were exceeded. Dressed in a suit to compliment the bridal gowns worn by the two younger stars, Madonna and the pop princesses paused their rendition of “Hollywood” as Madge and Britney locked lips. As the audience – and Justin Timberlake – tried to wrap their heads around what just happened, Aguilera stepped up for her turn. In this case, three was definitely not a crowd.
