With a single punch, she can split the Earth in half, circle the globe within seconds and even send fighters as strong as Vegeta flying to infinity and beyond with her signature Arale Headbutt. Although she may be powerless against Gods of Destruction, Arale is still tough enough to fight Super Saiyan Blue Goku to a draw. Talk about a pint-sized powerhouse.

“Date a Live” (2013-)

An encounter with the wrong person turned this sweet little girl into the “most dangerous spirit” alive. Known for her insanely high body count, Kurumi’s threat level is largely due to the power of her Angel which lets her manipulate time. Overall, Kurumi’s powers have over a dozen applications which include creating temporal clones to escape from sticky situations, speed up, slow down, reverse or freeze time, as well as bestow herself with foresight. While such a nigh-OP power set does require Kurumi to sacrifice her life force, she can easily replenish the time lost by stealing it from others, which doesn’t exactly help her reputation.

With the infinite power of human imagination, Altair could potentially destroy the world. Originally a fictional character, Altair's desire for revenge following the demise of her creator gave her the strength to break the barriers between fiction and reality to wreak havoc on the real world. Things only get more dire after it's discovered that Altair draws on the power of all fanfiction and media content related to her to develop new abilities. So far, her arsenal of powers includes rewriting reality, rewriting the history of other characters, as well as manipulating the laws of cause and effect. What’s more, if the latter is cast improperly, the caster will end up channeling the Lord of Nightmares herself through their body, causing all hell to break loose.
