"Mortyplicity" Since the Smith family has made a lot of enemies over the years, Rick decides to create an entire decoy family to take the fall for them. Unfortunately, his plan works too well. Since most of the decoys think they’re the originals, they create more fake families. A countless amount of copies end up hunting each other down in an attempt to be the last Smiths standing. While the original Rick doesn't participate in the brutal Battle Royale, the violent Fiasco is still his fault. The countless decoys wouldn't have hunted each other if Rick came up with a different back-up Plan.

"One Crew Over the Crewcoo's Morty" A famous thief named Miles Knightley steals something that Rick badly wanted. This is all it takes for the scientist to crafts a petty plan for Revenge. He sets the stage by confronting Knightly at Heist-con in front of an excitable crowd. After the thief challenges Rick to steal a crystal skull, Morty reveals they already grabbed it. The scientist further cements his victory by revealing that he used a robot to basically brainwash the entire crowd. When Rick orders them to steal everything in their presence, the rabid mob decides to steal every piece of Miles Knightley. The thief meets a quick and brutal end. Although Rick tries to deflect the blame, he ultimately devised the heist that led to Knightley’s demise.

“The Whirly Dirly Conspiracy” While Jerry is estranged from the family, Rick tries to help by taking him to a resort where no one can die due to an immortality field. But their relationship remains strained. So, when Jerry’s asked to help a group of aliens assassinate Rick, he agrees to the plan. The execution was supposed to take place on the Whirly Dirly rollercoaster. But after Jerry calls attention to the assassins, Rick fights back and accidentally sends a ship crashing into the immortality field. While the show only highlights one alien who was unable to come back to life, there's no telling how many others perished at the resort because they thought they were immortal. Sometimes Rick accidentally destroys lives while saving his own.

"Anatomy Park" Rick tries to start a legitimate business venture by building a theme park inside of a man named Ruben. But by the time Morty is sent inside it to visit Dr. Bloom, a ton of viruses are loose and attacking the workers. It's eventually revealed that a disgruntled worker named Poncho let various diseases run rampant so he can make some money. While he's directly responsible for the deaths of employees and Ruben himself, Anatomy Park’s creator still deserves some blame. Rick was fully aware his “volunteer” had a few diseases inside his body and could’ve cured him at any time. If the scientist built his park in a healthier body, maybe Ruben, Dr. Bloom and the others would still be alive.

“Edge of Tomorty: Rick Die Repeat” After Rick’s body is destroyed, his consciousness is transferred to a clone nody in a fascist universe. The scientist gets his alternate universe counterpart shot before going on an adventure with a twisted version of Morty. As soon as Rick gets an opening, he enacts a plan to eliminate his evil grandson. Although this action accidentally leaves Rick and an alternate version of Gearhead to expire in the vacuum of space, the scientist is able to come back in a new body. This is one of the rare occasions where the scientist's fatal actions were very justified. He continued his heroic streak by teaming up with wasp Rick and letting the insect deal a fatal blow to a villain.

"Vindicators 3: The Return of Worldender" During a night of heavy drinking, Rick designs a series of sadistic games for a superhero team called the Vindicators. The heroic Crocubot is the first one to lose his life to the challenges. And when team leader Vance Maximus tries to escape, he also suffers a brutal fate. As the games get more intense, the remaining Vindicators turn against each other. Supernova is the only team member to enter the sadistic challenges and survive. Although the Vindicators had an admittedly shady past, they could’ve made up for it if a drunken Rick didn’t want to play a horrible game. At least he let Noob-noob the intern live.

"Rickmancing the Stone" When Rick finds a giant chunk of something called Isotope-322 in a wasteland, he needs a distraction. So, he forces his grandson to compete in the Blood Dome. Rick also injects Morty’s arm with the strength and memory of a deceased, angry and ridiculously jacked man. The limb in question, nicknamed Armothy, slays a ton of blood Dome competitors. But the enraged arm’s bloodthirst isn't satisfied. Armothy desperately wanted to get vengeance against the Lord who caused his original death. Morty is forced to tag along for the assassination attempt. And when Armothy fails, Rick forces his grandson to finish the royal off. All this mayhem and eradication could’ve been avoided if Rick found literally any other way to steal the isotope.

"The Ricks Must Be Crazy" The only way Rick can fix a car battery is by shrinking down and going inside. While he’s gone, he orders his ship to keep regular-sized Summer safe. The violent vehicle takes its job way too seriously. It slays an innocent pediatrician and leaves his friend to literally pick up the pieces. When Summer tries to prevent more bloodshed, the ship makes a clone of an officer's deceased son as a distraction. The vehicle also ensures the son expires in front of his father’s eyes. And what was Rick doing while his ship was taking lives? Just casually destroying an entire microverse of sentient life. Fortunately, he got some karma later when he discovered his actions indirectly led to him eating ice cream with files.

"Promotoryus" Shortly after Rick intentionally gets close to an alien egg that’s far too wet, he and Morty get possessed by parasites known as Glorzo. When they snap out of it, the duo goes on an extremely violent spree of destruction. They mow down tons of Glorzo while screaming how much fun they're having. Unfortunately for the parasites, this was just the beginning. When Rick returns to pick up Summer, he realizes that harmonica music can cause glorzo to explode. This scientist proceeds to blast music from his deadly ship that extinguishes countless numbers of parasites. The worst part of this mayhem is that the Glorzo wanted to spread peace. "The Rickshank Rickdemption" An imprisoned Rick breaks out a Galactic Federation prison by stealing an alien’s body and shooting a few alternate versions of himself. It turns out he was just getting warmed up. After stealing another body, he transports the Citadel of Rick into the middle of a prison. The escaped inmates slay dozens of alternate Ricks and Mortys. But these countless copies weren’t even the final victims. Rick does some hacking and makes the Galactic Federation’s currency worthless. As a result of these actions, beings across the universe panic and start violently dispatching each other. It's impossible to measure how many beings died while Rick was executing his plan. We can see why the Federation wanted to keep him in prison.
