#3:Â Top 10 Smartest Decisions in Disney Films
Although saturated with magic, hope and destiny in the form of a guaranteed happily-ever-after, some Disney films feature fairly complicated conflicts that are solved by intelligent and insightful decision-making and therefore merit some attention. This list featured smart moves from films like “Moana”, where she created a fake Heart of Te Fiti to stop Tamatoa the giant crab from eating Maui, “The Incredibles”, where they got Omnidroid to destroy itself, and “Tangled”, where they decided to cut Repunzel’s long locks, but the #1 pick was Aladdin tricking Jafar into using his last wish to become a genie, leading him to be trapped in his own lamp for good…genieous! #2:Â Top 10 Movies Where the Villain Saves the Hero
This list proves that even the most brutal and vicious of villains can sometimes have a soft spot or moment of empathy, which in these cases helped the hero escape or survive. Some of the most popular list entries were Harry saving Peter in “Spider-Man 3”, The T. Rex saving Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and the kids from the raptors in “Jurassic Park” and of course, Dr. Octopus sacrificing himself so Peter and Mary Jane can escape in “Spider-Man 2”. The top voted heroic villain moment with 28 thumbs up was the infamous scene in “Star Wars: Return of the Jedi” where Darth Vader saves Luke from being tortured by the Emperor’s Force lightning.
