However she does show some kindness to her co workers as her character develops and her closeness towards co accountants Oscar and Kevin are prook of this even if she is rude to hem at times. The calm everyman of the office, Jim shows the character audiences can really latch on and relate to through his serene deadpan personality just like his love interest Pam. They both have a similar of sense humour in practical jokes.

This character may not be consistent, but this observational situation viewing character gives a sense of realism to the show. Always a humorous deadpan character this Hispanic is also gay much to the surprise of his boss. As a minority, Kelly acts like anything but especially though her pop cultural references to american culture. This diva may seem friendly but she can also be rude, selfish and downright hypocritical. However, she manages to have some soft spot for temp Ryan and their toxic relationship is fun to watch showing off her diva like personality.
