The Raiders led the league in offense and met the leading defense in Tampa Bay. But Oakland never crossed up anything and was mostly an open book for its former coach Jon Gruden who was now piloting the Bucs. Gruden knew all the tendencies as Tampa Bay picked off five passes in winning 48-21.
