Serena and Nate have a pure and simple love and they have better chemistry than Dan and Serena had but again Dan and Serena got their happy ending Nate would have been the better choice

Rufus and Lilly had a rollercoaster of a relastionship and they were married but they were one of the 2 most healthiest relastionship on the show if weren't for Dan and Serena they would have stayed married and lived happily ever after
