Walt Disney wasn't really an animator. Disneys Nine Old Men and Ub Iwerks did pretty much all the animation through Walts life. Walt was just the producer.

I'm struggling with the idea that a director of a CGI animated film can be consider an animator himself. As far as I know he directed others to actually animate the film.
