The Chameleon is one of Spider-mans most notorious villains. If they do introduce Chameleon in a Spider-Man film, he could be Spidys first assassin/saboteur whose hired to go after some diplomats that are trying end the conflict between their countries.

We've all seen Norman depicted as his 616 counterpart in Sam Raimis Spider-Man, and his mutated state (be it Harry Osborn) in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. So why not do a mix the two with the Goblin of Earth-TRN583, the split personality of 616, the freaky mutation of 120703 and the wings (and possibly his accent) of TRN583.
