If you can't treat your employees with the proper respect or compensate them with a living wage, it's gonna dissuade anyone that looks up to you from dedicating their time to working for you! Honestly, you'd think that hearing the stories from Konami or EA would've taught employers a thing or two about how to treat their workers!
