Easy the toughest woman in the world, if not toughest person regardless of Gender, Rhonda takes down any person in front of her and has a surprisingly caring element to her. She likes to defeat enemies but more likes to protect her friends. A kick-ass Woman that enjoys saving my life? Sign me up!

Arnie couldn't keep from screwing up the entire state of California even when everything was working to his advantage. I wouldn't expect him to do better when things are crap to begin with.
