It'll be real interesting that Donald Duck dons the PK costume trying to meet his favorite hero, Darkwing. However, he's in for a shock that the Darkwing Duck in his comic books is more of an egotistical clown.
After marvel was bought by Disney, I find that WWEE and Global Justice are nothing more than parodies and cheap knock offs of Marvels Shield and Hydra. In addition, the villains continuously abuse the term "evil" to degrade the real meaning of it.
Forgot to mention that the villain's just a stereotypical mad scientist who wanted to take over the tri-state area. Small stuff and the tri-state area around Dansville is technically part of the United States. So it's logical for OWCA to handle the minor nuisances, such as Doofenshmirtz plus the excess in musical numbers greatly decreased its quali
