Galifrey is so beautifully described in Doctor Who, and in a show where keeping continuity is extremely difficult, they have done an excellent job. Home to the Time Lords, this planet has seen war, peace and everything in between. Exposed to the untempered Schism, a rip in the fabric of space and time which gave the Time Lords their power.
