(All 3 Films) T-Rex had great vision, so staying still would be a bad idea. Plus, T-Rex could still smell it's victims.

(Jurassic Park 3) Pteranodon (which wasn't even a dinosaur) couldn't have lifted a human off the ground for two reasons: 1, Pteranodon ate fish. 2, aerodynamics would prevent it.

*So all that T-Rex would have to do was either bite into the Spino's sail or knock it over, breaking Spino's back.

(Jurassic Park) T-Rex's speed wasn't 30 miles per hour. T-Rex's real speed was closer to 20 miles per hour.
