Divatox was the only villain in Power Rangers history to completely defeat their respective Power Ranger team and the only reason she didn't conquer Earth was because Dark Spectar called her away at the very last moment. She is also the most entertaining villain in Power Rangers.

Awesome, Has a hard hitting storyline that makes you feel sorry for her. And she is attractive And is one of the few villains to actually come close to defeating the Power Rangers.
