4. A British Government still proposes English laws and revised and scrutinised by a House of Lords, containing members from across the UK, whereas the laws passed by the devolved administrations are not subject to scrutiny by the Upper House.

But if you see here on their website - https://www.britishirishcouncil.org/ - where you see a spot that should be labelled England, it is unhelpfully labeled as United Kingdom.

Currently we have no administration in England dedicated to the preservation of our heritage and culture. An English Parliament is the first means in which we can have one, as well as highlight the distinction between England and the rest of the UK.
This is evidence that England is excluded from almost all of the clubs, and is therefore absorbed into everything by the UK government, and made to go along with what works for the UK government.

There is currently no Secretary of State for England, and therefore no representation to the British government the way there is for the other nations.
