according to a documentary about "The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh", on one of it's VHS tapes, it said that Piglet was timid. and from the looks of the movies, and the tv shows he's appeared in, it looks like it's all true.

rabbits and deer have one thing in common; when other humans try to see them, they somehow scare easily, and are one of the shyest, if not THE shyest animals of the forests. but none of them are as shy as Bambi himself, the young prince of the forest.

making her first appearance in the episode named after her, Emily shows that she is pretty much shy the moment she meets the other students..., but later on, she shows of her special talents of building with blocks, and making the loudest noise she can with her trunk (elephant's nose)

one of the famous storybook creations by the Late Roger Hargreaves, this blue little ball definitely takes "shy" to a whole new level.
she is the smartest of the group of girls who become Witches-In-Training, or Witchlings for short. the only down side to that, she doesn't always tend to show it, especially since her shyness tries to prevent that.
