This badass ninja had been on a downward spiral since his recent title in 2014 has been getting bad reviews. So let's put him back on top by placing him as a ninja that has been on a quest to destroy the sword after it killed his girlfriend and wiped out his clan.

Like the previous entry, Bayonetta had made in appearence in Super smash bros for the Wii U and 3DS, but as DLC along with Ryu.

Ryu so far has been in only one game as a guest character, a la Super smash bros for the Wii U and 3DS. So why not put him in another fighting game? Besides, his famous Hadouken would be one hell of a finishing move.
Goku has been a dream pick for any Soul Calibur game ever since his game series has been getting great reception.

Yet another badass ninja on the most popular video game franchise of all time would make an interesting appearence in a soul calibur game. His story would be to destroy the legendary sword and rebuild the lin kuei clan.
As for a story for this legendary character, his arch nemesis Andross has control of the sword and must hunt him down to destory him and sword to retain peace in the Lylat system.
As for story, Sly must travel around the world to defeat anyone that stands in his way from reaching the sword that is threatening the Cooper family line. And maybe we can get his ancestors like Rioichi or Sir gallath as DLC.
