True story: First day in 7th grade geopgrahy, we were challenged to write down the names of as many countries we could think of. I had the most by a landslide, and nobody noticed it was ordered in "United States Canada Mexico Panama (etc.)"

Usually from Globey or Magic Screen. They did it sparingly, but that's what made it effective -- viewers NEVER felt like they were being given a lesson when it happened.
