She shoplifts; she ignores her daughter and even pokes fun at her; She is an ex druggie; has done a porno; has slept with numerous men behind peter's back despite riding his ass about cheating; Hell she CREATED stewie the most evil character of the series....Yes she is a bad mum; but she gets a small denouce as I love stewie
Uhh...I dunno, I like the show, but even in the early days they played up the whole "Timmy's parents are neglectful idiots" card a lot, hence him needing fairy godparents.
