Even dub haters are willing to admit that at the very least this anime sounds better in English. Before Cowboy Bebop anime was associated with bad acting until the ice cool Steve Blum, the sassy Wendy Lee, the tough love Beau Billingslea and the zany Melissa Fahn set a whole new standard for English dubs that dubs since have tried to live up to.

This is anime is infamous for its swearing, particularly in the dub. Recorded by Oceans Studios, the dub features a couple of actors and actresses that are not very prominent in anime roles, such as Dean Redman, Patricia Drake and Maryke Hendrikse

This zany comedy anime's dub makes a lot of references to western media as well as other anime. It manages to use frog puns that are surprisingly hilarious.

This was one of the rare cases where the worse the dub got the better it got. Stephen Foster was notorious among fans for bad dubs and went all out with this one by making this paranormal slice of life family show something of an adult comedy.
