If I want an overall list of the best characters in Sci Fi, I don't want one person per series, I want to see the best characters, even if Jack Harkness and The Doctor are on the same list.

Why not count the animated movies for the best Disney Movies? Just because they had a list? Make an overall list too if you want to do that.
