Travel Guide: Northern Norway

Like much of this Scandinavian country, the northern region of Norway is also known for its beautiful scenery and striking wildlife. Visit Tromso, also known as the gateway to the Arctic. Or, travel to the Lofoten Islands. Located near the Arctic Circle, this archipelago is filled with magnificent mountains. There are a number of exciting activities to try while visiting this area: try cycling, boating, hiking and more. Finnmark is not very populated, but is a great place to view the Northern Lights.
