Born Adam Richard Wiles in small-town Scotland, DJ Calvin Harris has since been dubbed the King of Electropop. His natural interest and penchant for dance music was nurtured when he was given a computer complete with music software in his youth. Ever since, he has released successful single after successful single of techno dance pop electro madness, with his first album – I Created Disco – being released in 2007. His second album, Ready for the Weekend, was equally successful after its release in 2009.
