In the search for the most unique model for their Spring/Summer 2012 campaign, O'Neill put on the One Way Runway Contest. They used Facebook to find 3 of their finalists for the finale held in Ibiza. The other 9 were hand-picked by an expert panel of judges, including former Victoria Secret's model Elyse Taylor, professional surfer Raine Jackson and representatives from Next Model Management.
