Top 10 Cutest YouTube Couples
#10: Phil & Lindsay
Philip DeFranco, also known as PhillyD to some fans, runs a news show where he voices his opinions on current events and pop culture. He proposed to his then-girlfriend on stage during a show in 2013 after an audience member asked when they would be getting married. Their son Trey was born in 2014, and he and Lindsay got married a year later. Phil still runs his news channel and is an active member of the SourceFed team, a YouTube channel he helped create, while Lindsay runs TheDeFrancoFam, a vlogging channel about their family life where fans can watch Trey grow up.
#9: Mama Bee & Papa Bee
The Eh Bees are a Canadian family of four that publishes family-friendly content, such as skits and parodies to YouTube (and formerly Vine). Mama Bee and Papa Bee, along with their son and daughter who they call Mr and Miss Monkey, have said that the reason they make videos is to make their audience smile. We most certainly do smile, but it’s not just because of their hilarious videos – it’s also due to the amazing and loving dynamic they have between family members. They'll be the first to admit that their marriage isn't perfect and that no relationship is, but if you ask us, they're doing a pretty great job.
#8: Bria & Chrissy
YouTube's singing “Lesbian Duo” also happens to be a real life romantic duo. The two met in a bar in 2012 and have been inseparable ever since. They started their YouTube channel that same year, where they post a range of comedic and serious music videos and skits to raise awareness for important issues like same-sex marriage and bullying. They've faced their share of ups and downs, including the time Bria pranked Chrissy by pretending to break up with her and it didn't go over so well. But at the end of the day viewers can tell the girls love and care about each other, and that they truly do make a great team, both off and on the internet.
#7: Shay & Colette
Shay Carl Butler, known professionally as Shay Carl, runs a vlogging channel called Shaytards with his wife Colette and five children. They have been dubbed by some as “YouTube's First Family," since they are one of the first people on YouTube to document the lives of their children on the platform, with their youngest son’s life documented since he came into this world. Because the channel involves vlogging their daily lives, fans get a healthy dose of Shay and Colette regularly. The couple met when they were only 19 and 21. After a year of dating, he proposed, but Colette turned him down - only to change her mind later. It's safe to say all these years later that she's happy with her decision.
#6: Joey & Daniel
Fans were first introduced to 'Janiel' in 2015 when Daniel appeared in Joey's "Don't Wait" music video and they shared their infamous kiss. Joey came out online as gay two days after the video was released, though he and Daniel only went public with their relationship a year later, after they had been dating for almost two years. Contrary to Joey's early years on YouTube, he now wholeheartedly embraces who he is, and is very rarely found without his boyfriend by his side, which is understandable given that they live together with their two adorable Huskies. Daniel also accompanies Joey on all his tours, and their witty banter as they wander the streets of unfamiliar cities is what gives their fans life.
#5: Roman & Brittney
Roman Atwood is a vlogger and prankster on YouTube. His daily vlogs mostly chronicle his life as a father of two, one from a previous marriage and one from his girlfriend of over 8 years, Brittney Smith. In fact, the couple announced in November 2016 that they had another child on the way. You can see Brittney in Roman's vlogs, as well as some of his prank videos, since she is sometimes the recipient of them. The strength of their relationship is often tested because of Roman's antics, but luckily Brittney has a sense of humor and takes his pranks in stride. Though hopefully one day he actually WILL propose to her and it won't be a prank.
#4: Jenna & Julien
Jenna Mourey (known as Jenna Marbles on the internet) is basically the queen of YouTube, as she is the most subscribed female YouTuber with over 16.6 million subscribers at the end of 2016. And since every queen needs a king, enter Julien. He first worked as Jenna's bodyguard on a trip, and soon after the two were inseparable. Now Julien runs a vlogging channel just shy of a million subscribers, chronicling the daily lives of the couple and their three hilarious dogs. Although fans were originally critical of Julien because they had grown attached to Jenna's ex-boyfriend Max, three years later members of the dink fam (fans of the couple) often ask themselves, "Max who?"
#3: Tanya & Jim
Tanya Burr (a beauty guru) and Jim Chapman (a vlogger) both started their respective channels circa 2009 and 2010, but began dating in 2006, so their relationship precedes even their YouTube careers. The two have also found success outside of YouTube, with both appearing in magazines, Jim's modeling, and Tanya's books and cosmetics line. They may not be our #1 cutest couple on the Internet, but if we had to name YouTube's biggest power couple, they’d probably be a lock. The English couple finally tied the knot in 2015, and although both Tanya and Jim seem to have found a great deal of success in their lives, we have to believe the thing they're most thankful for is their relationship. We certainly are.
#2: Felix & Marzia
Even if you don't watch his videos (or avoid YouTube altogether) there's a chance you still know who Pewdiepie is. That's because Pewdiepie, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, has the most subscribers on YouTube with nearly 50 million and counting. His name may be known to most, but what about CutiepieMarzia? Well, Marzia is a fellow YouTuber who happens to be Felix's girlfriend since 2011. She may be lesser known, but actually has over 6.5 million subscribers of her own. With Felix hailing from Sweden and Marzia being Italian, they likely would have never met had Marzia's friend not introduced them to each other online - and as of the end of 2016, they live together in England.
Before we reveal our number one couple, here are a few honorable mentions.
Rose & Rosie
Will & Arden
Latoya & Adam
#1: Zoe & Alfie
Coming in at number 1 is the royal couple themselves. No, not William and Kate. We're talking about Zoe (known online as Zoella) Sugg and Alfie Deyes, English YouTubers whose relationship has melted the hearts of their viewers. Since they are both Internet personalities, Zoe and Alfie tend to do their own thing on their main channels, but appear frequently together on both their vlogging channels. Not only is the couple cute together, but Alfie's close friendship with Zoe's brother Joe (who also appears on her channel) is almost as adorable. The two have been together since 2012, and fans can't imagine them not being an item. #Zalfieforever!
