With his smart-mouthed remarks and cocky attitude, he’s got a great screen presence and we can’t help but love him.

The thought of eating a meal prepared by a rat may seem a little icky. But with Remy on the case, you shouldn’t worry. Born with a heightened sense of smell and love for food, this young rodent dreams of being a chef. Firm, motivated and animated, Remy is a perfect example of how dedication can get you anywhere – even if you’re a rat.

For a clownfish, this little guy isn’t exactly haha funny – but we love him all the same. After some ocean divers snatch up Nemo, Marlin sets out to find his son. Driven by determination and the love for his child, we watch this tiny striped wonder battle Great White Sharks, hordes of jellyfish and dentists. Now that’s what we call parenting.

Princess Merida is hell-bent on defying convention and choosing her own path in life. After she makes a deal with a witch that ultimately goes belly up, we watch as she becomes a warrior and battles to set things right. With her trademark red hair, the courageous princess shows us if we follow through with our dreams, we must also take responsibility for our actions. She’s a great and relatable cartoon heroine.

This guy just wants to keep himself to himself. After his wife passes away and he’s left chasing their dream of living in the adventurous Paradise Falls, the seemingly miserable Mr. Fredricksen decides to up anchor and go for it. Equipped with his floating house and the company of a loud-mouthed kid called Russell, we get to see Carl get pushed to his elderly limits. And he even cracks a smile every now and then.

Trust us, intergalactic Space Rangers can be a little touchy. But, voiced by the smooth, calm and collected Tim Allen, Buzz gradually shows us he’s cool as they come – and never ceases to take us to “infinity and beyond.”
