You’re probably thinking, “why would I want to waste my time getting a haircut when I’ve already paid a hundred plus dollars to get into this theme park?” We don’t have all the answers, but at the Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom, both children and adults can get a trim courtesy of a Disney-approved barber. They specialize in their “My First Haircut” packages for children, which comes with a set of Mickey ears and a certificate to let the world know you got your first haircut at Disney World.

Epcot is one of the most unique of the Disney parks and many of the activities there don’t resemble your standard theme park experience. If it’s a hot day while you’re exploring the parks, Club Cool offers a welcome respite from the heat – as well as some free soft drink samples. By partnering with Coca Cola, they are able to offer guests a taste of the company’s products from all around the world. Visitors can have a sip of Vegeta Beta from Japan or Smart Watermelon from China, as well as many others.

No one gets truly excited when they get a postcard in the mail anymore, but what about receiving a coconut? At several locations in the wide world of Disney, you can buy a full coconut and send it by priority mail to any address in the United States. They keep the classes very small, so it’ll feel just like you’re out on the open ocean.

While most visitors spend their time in Disney World’s four theme parks, there are so many other areas on site that often go unexplored. One of them is Sammy Duvall’s Watersports Center, near the Contemporary Resort. You can get a seriously epic view of the nearby Magic Kingdom if you sign up for the Center’s parasailing package. It costs betten $95 and $195 depending on the package, and can be done solo or in tandem with another passenger. Definitely skip this one if you’re afraid of heights because you will be up to 600 feet away from the boat.

First off, did you know that along with the many Disney World resorts, you can also camp on site? Fort Wilderness offers both tent and RV options, and also hosts some fun activities. One of the most popular is Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long which takes place nightly, weather permitting. You can make s’mores by the fire and visit with Chip ‘n’ Dale, and after the event wraps up, you can even stick around to watch a classic Disney movie under the stars.

You already know about all the rides at Disney World, but there’s one you may be less aware of. At the Tri-Circle-D Ranch, which is also located at the Fort Wilderness Campground, you can take wagon rides, horse drawn carriage rides, and even get a little equestrian lesson from one of ranch hands. They offer 45-minute trail rides to anyone over the age of nine for $55; definitely an experience that isn’t to be missed. The trails are full of woodland creatures, so keep your eyes peeled for critters crossing your path!

Do you or your kids want to be able to shoot an arrow like Merida from “Brave”? If so, there’s an experience at Disney World that should be right up your alley. Like many of the other activities on our list, this one is also located at Fort Wilderness Campground. The 90-minute experience costs $45 and is available to children (over the age of seven) and adults alike. You can learn how to be an expert marksman, and live out all your arrow-shooting fantasies!

Any hardcore Disney fan knows the not so well-kept secret that the Magic Kingdom was built over a series of tunnels, which allow cast members travel discreetly to different areas of the park. What not everyone knows, however, is that you can actually take a peek behind the curtain and travel underground on the Keys to the Kingdom tour. This five-hour experience takes guests behind the scenes and costs $99 on top of your regular park ticket. If you want to get even crazier, the Backstage Magic tour offers a similar experience, but across several of Disney’s parks!

Of all the experiences on our list today, this one has to be the most exciting. At Epcot, you’ll find The Seas with Nemo & Friends where a 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium plays home to a variety of sea life. And if you feel like jumping right in and joining them – it turns out you can! At DiveQuest, SCUBA-certified guests get a tour of the backstage area and are eventually allowed to go for their own 40-minute dive into the tank.
