Jeremy Kyle has a habit of taking the mick out of his guests, and there’s often reason for his ridicule. But this takes the biscuit. Before revealing DNA results to Ben - who’s a recognisable regular on the show - Jeremy jokingly sets him a spelling test. Which the overconfident guest spectacularly fails. Ben clearly thinks he’s right, but he couldn’t be farther from the truth.

This show is built on awkward relationships, but some are worse than others. This guy has graced Jeremy’s stage more than once, most memorably to determine whether he had fathered a child, or not. But then the extent of his strange exploits are revealed. Having cheated on a mother with both of her daughters, he’s juggling three separate relationships within the same family. Naturally, this causes quite a bit of tension, but the bloke in question seems to think it’s normal. Even Jeremy seems staggered.

Security Steve is something of a celebrity for “Jeremy Kyle” fans, and he’s always on hand to quickly pull people apart. Usually the fights happen between the people on stage, but here we see an angry audience member get involved, and he goes straight for Steve - which isn’t a wise move. Unsurprisingly, the man comes second in the scuffle, he’s calmed down and carried off backstage. Brave or stupid? You decide.

Guests will come up with some ridiculous reasons why they think their partner is cheating, but this is up there with the best of them. Not only did he think she had been with his friend while they were all in the same bed, he also had some unusual reasoning as to why he believed she was cheating on him. The accused eventually passes every question on the lie detector to prove that she wasn’t unfaithful, and the whole mess is eventually explained by the chap’s paranoia.

Plenty of guests will gradually lose their temper with Jeremy, but this guy is angry from the outset. There to settle a DNA test, he lays into Jeremy before the host even has a chance to welcome him to the show. Throwing insults at Kyle and repeatedly telling him to ‘shut up’, he’s in the studio for a matter of seconds before disappearing backstage, never to be seen again. Even Jeremy loses patience, and promptly shows him the exit door, before returning to the Pod for the all-important results.

The audience can sometimes feel like an extra guest on “The Jeremy Kyle Show”, especially when it includes friends or family of the people on stage. Here we see a prime example of the crowd joining in, with an audience member delivering a harsh and wholly one-sided critique of the mother - which is instantly met with boos and hisses from everyone else. Jeremy doesn’t take kindly to the controversy either, and the drama relocates backstage.

Over-confident guests are ten-a-penny for Jeremy, but this guy’s on another level of arrogance. On the show to tell his fiancée that it isn’t his fault he’s irresistible to the opposite sex, he claims to have slept with over 500 women, but that he has never cheated on his fiancée - because she always knew what he was up to. However, no matter how much he believes his own hype, the audience aren’t convinced, and begin to turn against him. Maybe he’s not so charming, after all.

Jeremy’s dealt with a lot in his time, and there’s a reason why he needs security guards on stage. But of all the threats and attempted attacks, this infamous envelope throw stands out. After receiving some DNA test results that he isn’t very happy with, one guest loses his rag with Jeremy over a dramatically discarded envelope. So Kyle brings it back to mock the chap, only for the guest to take aim at Jeremy’s head. It’s daytime TV at its cringiest.

It never goes down well when a “Jeremy Kyle” guest refuses the help that’s given to them, but emotions boiled over when this man returned to the stage having checked out of rehab early. He’s on the show with his mother, but Jeremy’s frustrated that past efforts to beat his addiction have fallen by the wayside. And the mood quickly plummets when the guest goes for Jeremy, getting closer than most to doing actual harm. Of course, there’s only one winner here, but chaos rules for the briefest of moments.

This story centres on another in-the-family affair, as one man’s web of falsehoods completely falls apart. He married the mother, but cheated on her with his step-daughter and tried to sleep with another one of his wife’s daughters, too.
