Roy Mustang is one of the most badass characters in the history of plot. And he would be pretty lost without his trusty and efficient assistant Hawkeye.

She got the looks and the strenght. Still, It's hard to get highlights when the show is a sausage fest of the most powerful beings in existence. If she had more screen time and development I will put her higher on the list.
