The Black Panther first appeared when he, a tribal Chieftain of the fictional African nation of Wakanda, decided to extend an invitation to the Fantastic Four. Told that it would be a great honor complete with a hunt, Mr. Fantastic decided to accept on the grounds that he and his team could use a vacation. Instead, The Black Panther pounced at the chance to prove his skill by hunting the team.
