The mysterious mage first began casting spells way back in 1940. It all began when an archaeologist led an expedition to discover the secrets behind Egypt's enigmatic pyramids. Accompanied by his young son Kent, the boy ultimately stumbled upon a strange figure in suspended animation. Freeing this alien visitor, the ancient rewarded him by teaching him science so advanced that it crosses over into the realm of magic.
